PRE-ORDER TERMS OF SERVICE

1. NONE of the displayed pre-order products are available for immediate pick up/supply.

2. This is a pre-order platform where we come together as partners to meet manufacturer's minimum order quantity.

3. We buy directly from manufacturers/factories and import/export via shipping/flight.

4. Shipping/flight fees are determined on product arrival whiles cost of products are displayed on the pre-order platform.

5. Shipping/flight fees MUST be paid within 7 days of goods arrival to port, thereby avoiding demurrage.

6. Export/import of goods takes 45-60 days after manufacturer's minimum order quantity is met.

7. Your payment signifies you agree to our pre-order terms of service.

AVAILABLE ITEMS POLICY

1. All products displayed on the available platform are available for immediate pick up/supply.

2. Interested customers are expected to pay for the items and pick up or request the SIC Logistics for supply to their respective destinations.

POLICY TO PLACE ORDER

1. Click on any desired product and add to cart, during checkout, you will be redirected to account creation page if you are a first time customer.

2. To purchase selected items which are listed on your cart click on 'order preorder on whatsapp' to make payment on your order.

3. Item purchasing payment must be directed to SIC company account via Whatsapp.
