We know it's tempting to skip these, but it's important to establish what you can expect from us as you pre-order with us and what we expect from you. By using our platform you agree to the following terms;

1. NONE of the displayed products are available for immediate pick up/supply.

2. This is a pre-order platform where we come together as partners to complete minimum order quantity to meet manufacturers' supply quantity.

3. We buy directly from manufacturers overseas and imported via shipping/flight.

4. Shipping/flight fees are determined on arrival while cost of products are displayed on the pre-order platform.

5. We deliver products locally from LAGOS/ACCRA to all over the country. All local delivery fees are bound by the customer.

6. All payment are to SIC company account and receipts are double checked before delivery/pickup. Customers are expected to keep all items' payment receipt prior to review before pick up.

7. Shipping/flight fee MUST be paid within 7days of goods arrival to port, thereby avoiding demurrage.

8. Your payment signifies you agreed to our terms of service.

9. Export/import of goods takes 45-60 days after manufacturer's minimum order quantity is met

10. Your payment signifies you agree to our pre-order terms of service
